MEXICO A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY
"JARABE TAPATIO"
The Jarabe Tapatio is a Mexican popular dance that is constantly considered as the national dancing of Mexico.
The word "Jarabe" refers to the word "Xolot" which means herbing holes and relates to the mixture of pieces of different songs used to form this dance, is composed of various smokes that appear in the song in the following order:
- Atole´s Son
- Palomo´s Son
- Jarana Yucatan
- Jarabe Moreliano
- The Diana
The music was composed by Jesús González Rubio in 1924 and is a song that is increasing rhythm acording to the choreography.

"MARIACHIS"
It arises in the state of Jalisco. Considered a representative musical symbol to the

This group of mariachis is composed of an endless
end of tents, trumpets and mainly by the song that highlights a Mexican origin.

"CHICHEN ITZA PIRAMID"
Located in Yucatan, named a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and
considered one of the "Seven New Wonders of the World". The
archaeological site covers an area of 6.5 square kilometers. It has the
southern area that dates back to the seventh century and shows the Mayan Puuc
style construction and the central zone, built after the arrival of the Toltecs
around the 10th century, shows the fusion of the Puuc architectural styles and
the central highlands of Mexico .
The most impressive structures of Chichén Itzá are located in the
central zone. There you will find the Ball Game, temples, the spectacular
Castle (Pyramid of Kukulkan) and the Mayan stone calendar that measures 25
meters. The Toltec warriors are represented in the engravings that are found
around the entrance, in the upper part of El Castillo. Local guides will give
you detailed information about Chichen Itza and even take you to a Sacred
Cenote.
During the spring and autumn equinoxes, the sun creates the
illusion of a serpent ascending or descending the stairs of the Pyramid of
Kukulkan, a fantastic phenomenon that attracts many people. The illusion is
reproduced in the light and sound show that takes place every night at the
archaeological site. You can tour the archaeological sites of Chichén Itzá in
one day, or spend the night at Hacienda Chichen, a beautifully restored 16th
century place transformed into a luxurious hotel and spa.
"TACOS"
Taco is a Mexican preparation that in its standard form consists of on
omelette (usually corno, and also wheat flour) that contains some food inside
it is considered one of the most representative dishes of Mexican food.
The birth of the taco comes from the tortillas with prehispanic mole,
which were prepared on hot stones and decorated with cochineal, some of them
accompanied by beans and chili, ingredients that still constitute the food base
of the Mexican people.
The importance of taco as part of mexican culture can be understood the
artistic expressions and popular culture where this dishi is mentioned.
Delicious, the taco is part of the cultural and gastronomic diversity of
mexico, either of the shepherd, carnitass, barbecue, carne asada, chicken,
chile, nopal, with cheese, among others; the taco has an incredible
variety that is for tastes of all corn lovers.
Although its origin is unknown, it is believend that the
taco was born as the basis of an Olmec diet thanks to the first
vestiges of the nixtamalized corn.
